Nightmare Pill Melatonin is a 12 mg fast-dissolve dietary supplement for adults who love scary movies. Each Nightmare Pill box contains 7 tablets.

Flavor: Scary Berry

Instructions:
Take 1 tablet approximately 30 minutes before bedtime. Place one tablet on the tongue and let it dissolve, then swallow. Tablets may be chewed.

Recommendation:
Consume with water. Tablets may be crushed and added to (or sprinkled onto) food. Store in a dry location at 15-31°C (59–86°F).

Warning:
Not intended for children or pregnant women. Discontinue tablets immediately if adverse symptoms occur. Do not use/consume if packaging is opened upon delivery. Side effects can include vivid dreams, next-day grogginess, and headache. Do NOT consume more than 1 (one) tablet with a 24 hour period. For adults 18+ only. Keep out of reach of children. Consult your physician before use, especially if you have any medical conditions or take other medications. Do not consume melatonin tablets before driving or operating machinery. Do not consume with alcohol or caffeine. Do not consume for the purpose of taking a nap. Drowsiness may occur (some users may begin feeling drowsy faster than others). Do not eat the included white desiccant packet (silica gel packet).
